Company history

• 1979 – 2002

  The company was founded and evolved from year to year, becoming a point of reference in the production of electrical wirings and over-moulded connectors for the heating and conditioning field, HVAC. Following the exclusive collaboration with a boiler manufacturer, it acquired great experience in the assembly of control panels. Over the years, it obtained various product certifications and ISO 9001.

• 2003-2019

  The company changes ownership and continues its evolution in the reference field, focusing on the design and production of over-moulded products, many new series of connections are born. At the same time, it is committed to continuous improvement and product quality, but mostly on the process optimization, achieving the objective of reducing delivery times with a consequent increase in competitiveness on the market. During these years it aims to increasingly strengthen its position on the foreign market

• 2020-2022

  The entire machinery park is replaced and the company layout is optimised. Collaboration with TUV SUD begins and the Quality Management System is renewed. The internal test laboratory is strengthened with the acquisition of new measuring instruments, the quality of the products is always at the center of attention. The company establishes itself more and more firmly on the foreign market, consolidating its relationship with large groups in the heating field.

• 2023

  In order to a continuously improving of customer service, the process of implementing a new ERP system begins, and in parallel of a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) which, following an analysis of the processes, will allow better planning and traceability of all production phases.

• 2024

  Sustainability begins to play an increasingly important role, the company obtains the first Ecovadis rating, begins the ISO 14001 certification phase and pays attention to the use of renewable energy sources by installing a photovoltaic system.

• 2025

  LTE has obtained ISO 14001 certification and continues to monitor its sustainability through the EcoVadis platform. Furthermore, by installing a photovoltaic system and purchasing energy from renewable sources, the company strengthens its environmental commitment, integrating it into its business model and focusing on innovation and sustainable growth.
